Course, Packet Pickup, and Parking Information

Whether you're a walker or a runner, Run for Life is the perfect family friendly event for you. The Columbia River Dike Trail offers a flat, stroller friendly surface that is perfect for walkers and runners of all ages and skill levels. Soak in the natural beauty of Washougal's waterfront, the Columbia River, and Mt. Hood as you enjoy the day's festivities and help raise funds for Pathways Clinic.
OUR COURSES
The 1 Mile Walk will begin in front of Pendleton Woolen Mill Store and connect with the Columbia River Dike Trail to the first water station. - Starts at 9:05 AM.
The 5K Course will begin in front of Pendleton Woolen Mill Store and connect with the Columbia River Dike Trail to the 5 K turn around water station. - Starts at 9:05 AM.
The 10K Course will begin in front of Pendleton Woolen Mill Store and connect with the Columbia River Dike Trail to the 10 K turn around water station. - Starts at 9:00 AM.

This year, there is no pre-packet pick up. Race bibs will be assigned as you check in on race day. Make sure to stop by the check in table when you arrive. Check in/Day of Registration will open at 7:30 AM.

There is ample parking at Bethel Community Church and on the street around Reflection Plaza. You can also park in the City Hall parking lot. Please do NOT park in the customer parking area for Pendleton Mill. Please be considerate of the neighboring businesses and do not park in their parking lots.
